Has anyone here had experience with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) classes? I’m a first-time parent-to-be and considering signing up for one of their courses, but I’m curious to know how helpful other parents found them. How do they compare to other antenatal classes you might have attended? Also, did you find the community aspect of NCT beneficial, like meeting and staying in touch with other new parents? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I attended NCT classes as a first-time parent and found them quite helpful, especially for the confidence boost they provided about childbirth and early parenting.
