I just stumbled upon something fascinating and would love to get everyone’s thoughts on it! Have any of you tried teaching your kids about emotional intelligence through play and games? I read an article about how interactive games can help kids understand and express their emotions better, and it sounds like such a fun way to teach skills that can benefit them for life!
For example, there’s a game called “Emotion Charades” where each person acts out an emotion and others have to guess what it is. It seems like a great way to start conversations about feelings, empathy, and understanding others. I’m curious if anyone here has tried similar activities or has other creative ideas to instill emotional intelligence in children. What worked, and what didn’t? And how did your kids respond?
Would love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have. Excited to learn more from all of you!
