What are some essential items that every new mom should have on hand during the first few months after giving birth? Nursing Pillow: This can really encourage position the baby correctly during feeding times and reduce strain on your arms and back.
Breast Pump and Milk Storage Bags: If you're planning to breastfeed, these can be crucial for managing supply and having flexibility.
Baby Carrier: Great for keeping your hands free while keeping your baby close. It's also helpful during outings.
