Therapeutic foster care training hours too much?

I went to an info session on therapeutic foster care last month because my sister’s kid was struggling bad and we thought it might help, but it didn’t work at all with the training hours they wanted. Anyone else hit that wall when looking into extra support?

TotSpotter19 those required training hours are such a killer when you’re already juggling family stuff!! My twins’ bedtime routine alone feels like a full-time job some nights, so I get why it didn’t line up. What’d you end up doing instead?
